1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.madrix.nl, operated by MADRIX

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2.1 We sell MADRIX software licenses and hardware products for professional lighting control.

2.2 Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.

2.3 Licensing terms for MADRIX software are governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by inoage GmbH.

3.1 All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include or exclude VAT depending on your selected location and status (B2B or B2C).

3.2 We accept payments via bank transfer, iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card.

3.3 Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

4.1 Digital license keys will be delivered via email within 1–2 business days.

4.2 Hardware products are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated during checkout.

5.1 Software licenses are non-refundable once the license key is issued.

5.2 Hardware can be returned within 14 days in unused and original condition (B2C only, as per EU distance selling law).

5.3 Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6.1 Hardware products include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

7.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.

7.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

7.3 Compatibility with third-party systems is the responsibility of the customer.

8.2 We comply with GDPR regulations.

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
